Take the Survive Quiz

Take the Survive Quiz

If you're feeling bored or need to sharpen your mental acuity, take the survival quiz. This fun game will test your decision-making skills. What would you do? Answer the questions as accurately as possible to survive. Don't worry - it's not as difficult as it sounds. The first question is simple, but the second one will test your knowledge of a desert island, grizzly bear, or shark attack.

How to survive a grizzly bear

Learning how to survive a grizzly bear encounter is vital if you ever plan on exploring Alaska's wild areas. Grizzlies are highly dangerous animals that can attack without warning. Here are some tips that can help you survive your encounter. First of all, don't approach them. The bears may be bluffing, but you can still act as a threat. Try to avoid charging bears as much as possible. If one does approach, stand your ground and move slowly. You can also prepare bear spray or sticks to use in defense.

Bears are usually active at dawn and dusk, but can also attack at any time. Learn how to recognize a bear by interpreting its body language. Bears are solitary animals that will avoid human contact unless they feel threatened or surprised. Generally, grizzlies won't seek out humans to attack, but they will strike if they sense they're being harassed.

How to survive a deserted island

If you are stranded on a deserted island, there are some basic survival tips that you can apply to your situation. Water is a must. Whether it is seawater or freshwater, try to collect a variety of items to use for drinking and cooking. Even if you can't get clean water, you can at least store some water in containers. If you are unable to collect freshwater, use bottles with closed caps for drinking. You can also salvage other items that may help you survive.

Food is another essential element of survival on an island. You can collect a variety of foods from the environment, including fish, oysters, and seaweed. Remember that some seaweed is poisonous and can cause gastrointestinal distress, so use caution when choosing which food to consume. Banana and coconut trees can be used as food sources. If any of these foods are hard to open, it is most likely diseased or infected.

How to survive a shark attack

During a shark attack, you need to be prepared to fight back. You will need a weapon to protect yourself, which is something that is usually in your hand. If you have a knife or any other weapon, strike the shark with sharp jabs. Avoid overhand punches, as they will slow your arms. If you are able to, try to attack the shark's eyes and gills. It is very important to resist the urge to play dead, as this will only make the shark more likely to attack you.

If you're not sure what to do in an attack, you can give the shark hell by punching, kicking, or poking it. Make use of objects that you can reach, such as a diving mask and underwater camera. You can even rip off your snorkel to poke the shark with. Remember to breathe, though. If you're unable to swim back to shore, the shark may continue to attack you.
